If successful, your responsibilities will be a mix of the following:-
- Support of both Live sites and project roll-out - Appropriately prioritise multiple, long-term tasks, and ensure accurate, high quality support delivery.
- Identify and handle competing priorities. Make effective decisions within short timeframes, and take appropriate action.
- Testing and QA Activities
- Continuous Improvement
- Analysis and Design - Demonstrate a clear and rational thought process to assess and understand issues, evaluate options, form accurate conclusions to formulate PCR documentation.
To be considered for this unique opportunity, you must have a strong mix of the following key skills:-
- 3-5 Years experience in a similar role.
- Experience in supporting Functional areas relevant Warehouse Operations, Load Planning, Despatch, Customer Service, Purchasing and be across the AP, AR, Item/Vendor/Promos/DP functional areas
- Experience in supporting a large production System environment.
- Experience in preparing Product Change Request.
- Experience with at least one large full ERP project implementation lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to liaise with all management levels and different streams (technical IT/business functional)
