12D/MX Lead/Manager
4 director firm. 25 staff. Projects include subdivisions, building structures, master planning, water management, general civil infrastructure plus special projects including $45m government project in the CBD
Renowned innovation and firm at the forefront of niches areas serviced. They handle unique one off projects which are complex and add diversity to the project portfolio. They have also been engaged by the state govt to write guidelines specialist civil design
Work with a Principal Civil Engineer with over 20 yrs experience, predominantly in SE-Qld. All directors actively participate in the technical side of projects
Must have 12D/AutoCAD and able to be responsible for a small team. Can shape the business around the applicant if he is good.
Profit Share distributed on a quarterly basis, Gym lockers, showers Bike Lockers, Easy access to all transport. Local cafes galore. They do staff surveys to improve environment continuously. Salary around $115
12D Lead/Manager
Offices around the country. National organisation. Involved in consulting and construction. Water facing offices based 20 mins from the CBD.
Large scale subdivisions in excess of 400+ lots.. currently two major ones 1800 lot and 4000 located in outskirts of Brisbane. Team has around 20 staff in their civil design team. Also they do urban roads but now bidding on highway extensions, but also involved in arterial roads, Also involved in water sensitive urban design. You lead 8-10 staff
Salary is mixed composting of Salary, Car allowance fuel card totalling around $120k inc super but depending on experience.

They have a very senior management team with extensive business contacts in Brisbane area and solid client relationships. Grew even in the bad times as they managed to get significant government work to see them through
Has around 30 structural and Civil engineers and drafters.
Clients throughout NSW Queensland and Northern Territory and won a number of awards including the prestigious ASI steel award
