We have a fantastic career opportunity to work within one of Australia\'s leading banks based in Rhodes.
Working with the Stamping and Registration team, the main focus of this role is to process, the Stamping and Lodging of documents for mortgages that have recently settled for the bank.
Within this fun team, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a desire to learn, a vibrant and proactive attitude and a strong demonstrated work ethic.
Ideal candidate\'s must posses;
Knowledge in Property Settlement documentation and process\'s
Experience in dealing with Loans or Mortgages
Experience in Stamping and Lodging of documents would be preferable
Along with the above skills, the ideal candidate will have good computer ability, phone and written communication skills, and can work with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
All positions are ongoing temporary assignments with a pay rate of $20ph.
This role is within walking distance to the train station and car parking is also provided at a cost.
